I've had an interesting journey:
  • A customer service manager (people would throw cancellation forms in my face),
  • A regional development manager (I opened offices and retail points in different cities — if you know, you know my skill in forming an effective team in a tight timeframe),
  • My own Thai cosmetics online store (during the crisis I decided to live in Thailand),
  • Head of quality at a federal telecom company with a red logo (here I realized that churn is influenced by everyone involved in the process, and the numbers showed me this clearly),
  • Head of all customer service across 6 regions of Russia for a federal provider under the Ros- prefix (bureaucracy didn't prevent me from earning bonuses for achieving targets),
  • A series of small businesses (I wanted to dig with a shovel and see the foundations of "empires" that I was laying),
  • Now I'm developing service excellence in SMB companies that are expanding to new regions, and collecting new bumps along the way.
